II Description of offered services and prices
ARIA.ONE DOO is the organizer of the 13th Congress of the Serbian Society of Toxicology with international participation & 1st TOXSEE Regional Conference which will be held at the Hotel Mona Plaza in Belgrade from 10- 12th May 2023
Registration fee:
| • PhD students - Early bird until 28.02.2023. | 90 € / 10.500,00 RSD |
| • Delegates - Early bird until 28.02.2023. | 170 € / 20.000,00 RSD |
| • Daily – Early bird until 28.02.2023. | 80 € / 9.500,00 RSD |
| • Nurse/Technicians - Early bird until 28.02.2023. | 60 € / 7.000,00 RSD |
| • PhD students - Late from 01.03.2023.until 30.04.2023. | 120 € / 14.000,00 RSD |
| • Delegates - Late from 01.03.2023. until 30.04.2023. | 200 € / 23.500,00 RSD |
| • Daily – Late from 01.03.2023. until 30.04.2023. | 100 € / 12.000,00 RSD |
| • Nurse/Technicians Late from 01.03.2023. until 30.04.2023. | 80 € / 9.500,00 RSD |

*Student registration forms must be accompanied by a proof (a signed letter from the head of the department or other corresponding document) confirming the student’s status.
Into the price listed above are included:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Access to poster sessions
- Access to exhibition and industry sessions
- Lunch and coffee breaks per program
III Method of payment
ARIA.ONE DOO is obligated by VAT.
Payment can be made:
- Through e-commerce via credit card (Master, Visa…)
- Through invoice
• In order to receive an invoice please submit your request to the mail [email protected] with identification data: name, surname, address, city, country for natural persons; company name, address, city, country and VAT number for corporate accounts
IV Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative presentation of prices in other currencies the exchange rate is used the average exchange rate/intermediate course of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount your card will be charged for will be expressed in your local currency with the conversion rate used by credit/debit card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

VI Reclamation policy
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]
Cancellations postmarked before and on 15. March 2023. will be fully refunded. After 15. March 2023, registration fees are non-refundable. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
VII Refund
In the case of a refund to a participant who previously paid for this service with one of the payment cards, in whole amount or in part, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the payment will be made exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the amount will be returned to the card user account.
VIII Protection of user privacy

We only collect necessary, basic customer / consumer information and data necessary for the business and customer information in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the choice, including the ability to decide whether they want or not to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer / consumer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need it to do the job. All employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy policy.
IX Protecting confidential data about transaction
When entering payment card data, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as a current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor ChipCard a.d. Belgrade, and the complete payment process is performed on the ChipCard website. At no time is payment card data available to our system.
